Mondays & Wednesdays:

Guided Meditations

You are invited, if you are in the Cape Carteret, NC area, to join a guided meditation a couple of Mondays and Wednesdays per month!

The majority will take place at 408 Neptune Dr, Cape Carteret. Be on the lookout for field trips to a labyrinth and our beautiful beach to experience different types of meditations. 

Space is limited to 6 guests, so please RSVP.  Two button are presented below – choose either Monday or Wednesday!
